Humanity. Where did it all go wrong?

     Sometimes the child in me takes over as I start to question every adversity of life. Why do bizarre stuffs happen? Why people go ahead of themselves and commit to something that they know is wrong. Its like every now and then people are subjected to do something that is not under demand of humanity. People have the awareness, the wisdom and the feeling that they are doing something that falls on the other side of law, but that doesn't stop them. Bad stuffs still happen, despite the awareness and wisdom. So I ask you, is being aware and carrying the knowledge that your task is sinful enough to stop adverse happenings? I don't think so. 

    Almost all corrupts, rapists, murderers, burglars, or the person who throws garbage on the streets are aware of their happenings. They have certain reason to do that. There is no surprise there, everything happens for a reason. But is that reason bigger than the fact that it is sinful and punishable. One of the rapists described the reason for his task, he said audaciously "Girls just don't how horny guys can get." People throwing garbage on the streets "Just don't care." The corrupts say, "Our salary is so less, so the option of under the table is always better." You can hear all sort of excuses and reasons of their task. After all, people are better at making excuses and not at admitting. 

    Polluting the environment, cutting the trees, not fixing broken roads and heritage sites, peeing and shitting and spitting wherever they like, back stabbing someone, talking back with elders, not respecting teachers, killing each other, bombing and killing innocent civilians, creating nuclear weapons that can wipe our existence, not admitting mistakes, giving and taking bribe, raping, throwing acid, abusing, pulling each other down, always getting angry at small matters, wars, not thinking seriously of climate change, country in ruins, smile very less often, jealousy, humiliation, insecurity, anxiety, depression, oh dear people. What happened? Where did it all go wrong? What happened to us and all the promises? Why are we lost? Where is our home? Can we get there? 

     Its a wild dream but I hope we get there.
